Commitment
At EFT Group our people and work culture promotes accountability for individual and collective environmental impacts. As a group, we are committed to reducing our environmental impact and embedding sustainability across every stage of our operations, projects, and partnerships. In addition to delivering services and projects for our clients, we are also building the new EFT Group Head Office at Southport Business Park, in partnership with Sefton Council. This development places a strong focus on our commitment to a sustainable future and our responsibility to the environment.
Our Approach
Our approach is supported by our ISO 14001 accreditation, which underlines our commitment to effective environmental management and continuous improvement, as a business, we take a proactive and accountable approach to environmental management, including:

- Auditable Records – We maintain full traceability of environmental data, including waste transfer notes, waste tonnage reports, and fuel usage logs.
- Carbon Emissions Tracking – We use an emissions calculator to monitor and actively manage our carbon footprint throughout the project lifecycle.
- Energy Efficiency – The new Head Office is being developed with sustainability in mind, featuring solar panels to reduce reliance on non-renewable energy sources and improve long-term energy efficiency.
- Digital Sustainability – Our website is net carbon neutral, aligning with our commitment to reduce environmental impact across both physical and digital platforms.
- Responsible Supply Chain – Through our structured supplier onboarding process and Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), we ensure our supply chain partners share and align with our environmental values.
Our Environmental Management System (EMS) is integrated into our day-to-day operations and forms a core part of our business strategy and culture.
